Hiring Event - PrideStaff Administrative

PrideStaff will be onsite at CareerSource Palm Beach County's Central Career Center located at 3400 Belvedere Road, West Palm Beach, Florida 33406. Interviews by invitation only.

Available positions:

Customer Service Rep $14.75 - $18.00 P/Hr.
Locations Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Palm Beach Gardens

  • Ensure the highest level of Process Quality & Service Excellence. 
  • Answer phones in a timely manner. 
  • Promptly relay issues and concerns to appropriate area with follow up to ensure resolution. 
  • Schedule appointments, pickups and deliveries as needed. 
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries to completion. 
  • Process outgoing follow-up calls in a timely manner. 
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues, including outbound calls to customers on time, shade, impressions, and missing items or information. 
  • Be courteous and treat external as well as internal customers with respect. 
  • Organize work area for highest function and efficiency. 
  • Outbound Calls may be required in order to support customers and marketing initiatives. 
  • All other duties as assigned. 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 12 months of customer service experience 
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and ability to learn proprietary software. 

Receptionist $13.00 - $16.00 P/Hr.
Locations Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Palm Beach Gardens

Politely answer multiline phone system and forward calls to the appropriate party 
Creating and maintaining company files and records. 
Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in keeping records for the students, faculty, and staff. 

Order office supplies and maintain inventory of supplies  

Experience Required

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and other desktop programs to organize, create and manage general office information. 
  • Minimum of 6 months of office experience

Administrative Assistant $18.00 - $22.00 P/Hr.
Location Wellington

Chosen Administrative Assistant with Real Estate Experience will demonstrate excellence in service, be self-motivated and managed, possess the ability to multi-task and quickly change gears with the needs of the business.  

Experience Required

  • Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a support role. 
  • Strong technical acumen with experience using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as proprietary systems. 

  • Basic understanding of Social Media marketing, how it's used, and how content is updated 

  • Understanding of mail merge for email blasts for marketing campaigns 

  • Will prepare properties for showing, turn lights on, open window coverings, and/or other special services prior to client viewings 

  • General administrative support of the Office Manager and top Sales Rep 

  • Real Estate License or present study helpful but not required

Data Entry Operator $14.00 - $17.00 P/Hr.
Location Wellington
In this role as a Data Entry Operator, you will handle phones, emails, billing, data entry, process contributions, reconcile, customer service, and research.   

Experience Required

  • Will have at least one year of office-related experience and Alpha Numeric scores of 5,000+.   
  • Basic knowledge of Excel is extremely important.

  • Ability to quickly learn new database systems.
