  • Position: Call Center Representative
  • Salary: $15.00-$16.00/hour

The Lasik Vision Institute is seeking high energy, motivated Call Center Representatives to work at our head office in West Palm Beach, FL.  The selected candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls in order to promote our services and schedule appointments. The ideal candidate enjoys communicating with people and appreciates offering superior customer service to potential patients.

Full-Time with benefit package

$15-$16 per hour + Bonus, based on experience.

Work Schedule:  This is a 5 day a week role. Work hours are 3pm to 11pm during the week. Workdays include Saturday and Sunday every other weekend.

 The LASIK Vision Institute (LVI), a division of Vision Group Holdings, is a longstanding leader in LASIK technology.  Our exceptionally experienced surgeons, with the help of North America’s largest network of affiliated optometrists, aim to safely take away the limitations and inconvenience of glasses and contact lenses.  Our experienced independent LASIK eye surgeons have conducted over 1,000,000 procedures nationwide.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Ability to have direct impact on achievement of results by delivering exceptional patient service.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills required, ability to communicate information that requires explanation or interpretation.
  • Proficiency in solving problems, navigating systems and processes.
  • Ability to interpret policies and procedures.
  • Proficiency working with standard office equipment; computers and phones.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates professionalism and works well in a team environment.
  • 6 months work experience or more in a call center role or other relevant experience
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Fluency in Spanish is preferred
