With constant updates around COVID-19 in Florida, CareerSource Palm Beach County seeks to provide the most accurate and updated information we have to share with your business.

The Governor has activated the Florida Small Business Emergency Bridge Loan Program, providing up to $50 million to support small businesses impacted by COVID-19. Applications are being accepted through May 8.

The Florida Department of Economic Opportunity administers a short-time compensation program for business leaders who may need help to maintain their staff as a result of reduced weekly working hours during temporary slowdowns. Additionally, DEO administers the Reemployment Assistance program which may assist employees who may have been negatively impacted as a result of efforts in Florida to stop the spread of COVID-19.
