Performance Benchmarks
If you serve 5 or more WIOA participants, you must meet these minimum outcomes:

60% program completion rate

50% credential attainment rate

70% employment in Q4 after program exit

$6,000 median earnings in Q2 after exit
Ongoing Eligibility Requirements
All approved providers must complete these ongoing steps to maintain eligibility, regardless of enrollment size.
