Our Commitment

We are committed to transparency and open access. Under Chapter 119, Florida Statutes (Florida’s Public Records Law), you have the right to inspect and obtain copies of non-exempt public records.

How to Request Records

You can request public records in person, by phone, by mail, or by email at publicrecords@careersourcepbc.com. Requests do not have to be in writing, and you are not required to give your name or explain why you are asking. Fees

Florida law allows us to charge for the actual cost of making copies and, if extensive staff time is required, for the labor involved. If fees apply, we will provide you with an estimate before processing your request.

Response Time

We respond to public records requests as quickly as possible. Some records are available right away, while others may take longer if they require review or redaction.
