Talent Liaison
LOCATION
This position is located at our Central Career Center at 3400 Belvedere Road, West Palm Beach, FL 33406.
TEAM PURPOSE
To bridge the gap between businesses and job seekers by developing strong employer relationships, facilitating hiring events, and ensuring strategic job placements. This team plays a key role in helping job seekers assess quality opportunities while supporting businesses in finding the right talent.
POSITION SUMMARY
Develops relationships with businesses, identifies hiring needs, and connects job seekers through targeted job development and strategic workforce solutions.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitates job development and employer outreach.
- Provides targeted job search support.
- Facilitates job fairs and hiring events.
- Develops OJT and work-based learning opportunities.
- Manages employer relationships.
- Collaborates with Career Navigation and Career Readiness teams to identify and refer qualified candidates.
- Documents employer engagement activities in tracking systems.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, workforce development, or related field preferred.
- Two or more years of experience in job development, business outreach, or talent acquisition.
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of local labor market trends and workforce development programs.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employers and job seekers.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or case management systems.

TRANSPORTATION
Reliable transportation and the ability to travel in personal or commercial vehicles as required to accomplish assigned duties. If traveling in your personally owned vehicle, valid vehicle insurance is required.
